Soft wood spice notes add nuance to the otherwise naturally spicy and ripe cherry, plum and black raspberry aromas. The pure, detailed and attractively mineral-inflected flavors possess a satin-like texture and culminate in a dusty, dry, clean and wonderfully well-balanced finish. This is good stuff that is worth your attention.

This wine is a combination of multiple parcels that includes a little 1er Cru.
Deep aromas, but lovely complexity. There is an extra concentration here. Good balance and nice length – indeed very good length.

首款獲得R.Parker 給予100分的義大利酒莊: Tua Rita

Tua Rita酒莊是由RitaTua與Virglilio Bisti在1984年成立,坐落在Livorno行政區中的Notri村。這裡是Alta Maremm,依傍著Sangiovese的種植區,是最適合種植像是Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay, Reisling和Traminer等等國際葡萄品種的區域之一。

隨著1994年第一次少量小桶釀造的100%Merlot萊帝佳菲(Redigaffi)釋出到市場,Tua Rita酒莊就獲了巨星般的地位,2000年的年份更成為了有史以來第一隻被Robert Parker評價100分的義大利葡萄酒。

因為Rita跟Virglilio堅定不移的嚴謹態度而讓圖麗塔酒莊陳述出如此特別的故事,但很不幸的,Virgilio在2010年辭世,有著永不妥協的企圖心,Rita並沒有因此懈怠,繼續與釀酒師以及女兒Simena共同努力。

如今,Tua Rita酒莊擁有平均海拔100公尺以上共35公頃的農園,葡萄種植在粉沙和黏土層上,種植密度為一公頃8000-9000株。細心又嚴謹的照料和非侵入性的管理這些寶貝的葡萄,在橡木桶的使用上相當謹慎並且對大自然的關注極度密切。

The 2012 Perlato del Bosco is 100% Sangiovese from the sun drenched strip of land near the sea in Coastal Tuscany. This is a lovely wine with a savory and sophisticated take on Tuscany's most important red grape variety. You get an immediate sense of the depth and the generosity inherent to Sangiovese. The mouthfeel exhibits soft tannins, snappy acidity and a full palate of bright red berry flavors. The cherry and cassis definition is especially evident in this warm vintage expression. 

Tua Rita is among the most consistent producers in Tuscany. This estate offers an excellent and exciting assortment of Tuscan red wines year after year. This new set of releases shows that the wind continues to blow into the Tua Rita sails. 

2.12 Tua Rita, Giusto di Notri IGT @NT$ 2,600

Gorgeous aromas of spices, from chili powder to dried thyme, plus dark fruits such as currants and berries. Full body, fine tannins and layers of fruit and flavor. Very attractive now but even better in two or three years. This commemorates the 20th anniversary of this wine. Balanced blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot.

Antonio Galloni:94
The 2012 Giusto di Notri is shaping up to be a jewel of a wine. Today, the purity and vibrancy of the fruit stand out most. The 2012 boasts superb intensity, no hard edges and superb balance. A finish laced with striking, perfumed aromatics rounds things out in style. The 2012 is shaping up to be magnificent.

The 2012 Giusto di Notri is an IGT Toscana blend of Cabernet Sauvignon(60%), Merlot(30%) and Cabernet Franc(10%). It opens with rich, impenetrable concentration and luminous ruby highlights that shine bright against the inner darkness of this beautiful wine. Dark fruit, leather, spice, moist chewing tobacco and dark chocolate lift from the glass. The wine shows firm structure with silky tannins that render a polished texture on the finish. 

3.12 Tua Rita, Redigaffi IGT @NT$ 8,000

Compelling aromas of chili pepper, nuts, beeswax and dark fruits with dried strawberries. Hints of black olives and meat. Full body with extremely thick, silky tannins and a long, flavorful finish. This is layered and so structured, with fabulous length and density. Savory. Chocolate powder at the end. This needs at least three or four years of bottle age. A triumph for the vintage. Pure merlot

Antonio Galloni:96
The 2012 Redigaffi jumps from the glass with explosive dark blue/blackish fruit. Rich, voluptuous and impeccably textured in the glass, the 2012 boasts massive depth and concentration, yet retains tons of freshness. Silky tannins round out a finish laced with melted road tar, herbs and leather. For such a big wine, the Redigaffi is remarkably complex and nuanced. The 2012 was aged in 100% new, thick-staved Darnajou barrels, which are seldom seen in Italy but widely used throughout Napa Valley and elsewhere. In some recent vintages I have slightly preferred the Syrah over the Redigaffi, but in 2012 the wines are both fabulous. Simply put, the 2012 Redigaffi is a stunner

The epic 2012 Redigaffi (100% Merlot) shows amazing depth and a great sense of inner energy and seductive charm. The wine is soft and yielding with ripe layers of cherry, blackberry and cassis that slowly morph into savory spice, leather and tobacco. This Merlot boldly promotes its all-Italian characteristics of Mediterranean shrub and wild sage that ground the wine in a sense of place. The warm vintage has shaped soft tannins and thick, penetrating extraction that moves slowly over the palate. Give this beautiful wine a few more years to find its footing and lose its baby fat.

Some Burgundies, the same vineyards as Leroy's red seal


  

Leroy 的紅頭(自有葡萄園)現在的價格真的是令人望而聲嘆 ... 開瓶整理了幾款跟Leroy 相同葡萄園  價格卻大約只是Leroy的 1/10的紅酒, 新春之始, 讓有興趣的朋友參考看看:) 

1.04 Georges Lignier, G.Chambertin 1er Aux Combottes @NT$3,000
1936 年分級制度的遺珠之憾之一,康寶一級葡萄園 (Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Combottes) ; 她被三個特級園所包圍,她的酒質往往比該村莊中的某些特級園還優秀,卻在分級制度中被分在一級園之中,絕對是最超值的超級一級園了。她北邊的特級園是Gevrey-Chambertin中的Latricières-Chambertin和Mazoyères-Chambertin。這兩個特級園也是大家公認僅次於Chambertin和貝日園的特級園Chambertin Clos-de-Bèze。南邊的特級園是在Morey-St-Denis的Clos de La Roche,相當外放的香氣,多樣化的香氣一直是這個葡萄園最大的特點,尤其濃郁的礦石和花香味道由為葡萄酒老饕津津樂道,有時您或許會誤認為她是香波 慕西尼村莊的葡萄酒。通常需要約 10~12年的熟成期,才能完全釋放出她的潛質。

Not surprisingly, the nose offers a noticeable step up in refinement with ripe, pure and diaphanous mineral and freshly crushed red berry fruit aromas leading gracefully to detailed and vibrant flavors that culminate in a solidly long but ever-so-slightly edgy finish. Again, this appears that the finish will round out and my score offers the benefit of the doubt in this regard.

夜聖喬治普渡一級園  (Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru Boudots) 一直以來都被暱稱為小馬康索一級園,因為他與封恩羅曼尼馬康索一級園 (Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Malconsorts) 不僅比鄰而居,更有著幾乎完全一致的向陽坡度及土壤結構。 通常,饕客們認為夜聖喬治 (Nuits-Saint-Georges) 的最佳地塊為聖喬治一級園 (Les Saint-Georges 1er Cru),Allen Meadows 卻常告訴我們最有潛力的地塊為充滿礦石味的普渡一級園(Les Boudots 1er Cru)。

週五驚嚇現貨Go -- 兩款西班牙 兩個經典產區 兩個RP93

西班牙, 近10幾年來隨著有心的諸多釀酒師在全國各地將荒廢已久的葡萄園一一復育之後, 成了找尋物美價廉葡萄酒的重要產國. 俯拾皆是的老藤, 曾經一度被西班牙人棄之如敝屣, 現在卻成了精彩葡萄酒的幕後最大功臣! 不同於新世界葡萄酒的追求甜美肉慾, 西班牙有更悠久的葡萄酒文化, 在歷經不算短時間的蕭條之後, 再次給世人展現的是基礎於歐洲葡萄酒的雋永耐久藏, 同時新一代釀酒師在葡萄園的悉心照料與釀酒想法的自由奔放, 完完全全賦予西班牙葡萄酒新的生命與活力, 不僅品質優越, 價格更是再平易近人也不過了!

今天要介紹的兩款, 一款(1號)來自最近十分火紅的Toro產區, 一款(2號)來自最最經典的Rioja產區, 卻同時都得到R.Parker 本人給予 93 的高分, 但是價格卻是多數得到同分數的波爾多的一半甚至三分之一都不到!

1.2012 Yaso, Compania Vinedos Iberian @請電洽

The 2012 Yaso is 100% Tinta de Toro aged six months in French oak. It boasts a dense ruby/purple color as well as a big, sweet perfume of blackberries, white chocolate, licorice and graphite. Full-bodied and opulent, it offers a fresh, full, exuberant mouthful of red wine with some minerality as a result of the high-elevation limestone soils from which the grapes emerge. It should drink well for a minimum of 4-5 years.

Long time readers of The Wine Advocate are familiar with the selections of Patrick Mata, one of the most driven, passionate and talented young men in the wine world. These are his newest releases, which should be in the marketplace this fall. He continues to expand his business and as the notes that follow indicate, he has now added a burgeoning selection of high quality, distinctive wines from Portugal. 2.2010 La Tercera, Rioja Reserva @請電洽

A sensational Rioja made from 90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano and 5% Grenache, the 2010 Reserva was aged 30 months in French oak. A classic, traditional Rioja, it exhibits notes of lead pencil shavings, unsmoked cigar tobacco, black cherries, blackcurrants and subtle oak in the background. This dense ruby/plum/purple-colored 2010 is medium-bodied, elegant and pure with a lovely texture and lushness. Already revealing secondary nuances as well as considerable appeal, it should drink well for 4-5 years, possibly longer.

Wine Searcher均價一半都不到的 1996 Ridge, Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet

不是位在Napa, 卻是我最喜歡的美國酒. 以Ridge的高知名度, 實在不需要我多贅述.

今天要介紹的是已經將近20歲的 Ridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (1996年時還叫做Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet), 我們已經試過多次, 狀況都很好! 不過軟木塞需要用兩片夾的開瓶器來開啟會比較適合. 但, 還是要提醒, 老酒的風味絕對不是青春的肉體, 如果沒有太多老酒經驗的朋友, 建議少量購買先試試看.  這款酒在台灣一直都在恆溫恆濕對葡萄酒最恰當的保存環境下陳年, 國外的價格查Wine Searcher的稅前均價來到 US$203,
